Abstract
Microplastic
(MP)
pollution
is
widespread
and
has
become
a
significant
global
environmental
concern.
This
study
represents
the
first
attempt
to
investigate
abundance
of
MPs
in
open
dumping
scrapyard
sites
Türkiye.

Microplastic
(MPs)
pollution
has
engulfed
global
aquatic
systems,

MPs

bioaccumulation

Humans

milk

animals

Microplastics
(MPs)
are

pollutants

aquatic
