The production and environmental release of bisphenol analogues have risen following restrictions on A (BPA). However, knowledge about the occurrence other than BPA, especially in farmland soils edible plants, remains limited. This study investigated occurrence, contamination characteristics, human health risks eight paired soil-plant samples from areas near factories eastern China. Results indicated that concentrations Σ8BPs collected soil plant ranged 1.4 to 897.1 ng/g dw 2.5 586.2 dw, respectively. AF (BPAF), F (BPF), S (BPS) were primary components BPs, with BPA having highest detection frequency (74%). In addition, a positive correlation was observed between root concentration factor log Kow BPs (R2 = 0.471, P < 0.05), whereas translocation exhibited negative 0.405, 0.05). hazard index (HI) values all <1, suggesting current levels plants are unlikely pose significant humans. potential long-term exposure require careful monitoring. offers new insights into spatial distributions status highlighting behavior analogues.
