Metagenomic studies have made it possible to deepen the analysis of abundance bacterial populations that carry resistance and virulence determinants in wastewater environment. In this study, a longitudinal collection samples community hospital from August 2021 September 2022 was obtained. Shotgun metagenomic sequencing bioinformatic were performed characterize abundance, antimicrobial genes (ARGs), plasmids, factor (VFGs) contained wastewater. The microbial composition showed most abundant phyla detected all were: Proteobacteria, Bacteroides, Firmicutes, Campylobacterota, Actinobacteria. Seasonal differences relative abundances species, ARGs, VFGs observed. total 270 ARGs detected, found absolute only 39% reduction treated Furthermore, study encode antibiotics last choice. Our results plasmids carrying more raw wastewater, 60% compared Several for adhesion, motility, biofilm formation, which likely allows bacteria remain persist environment survive WWTP treatment systems, thus managing escape into via
