Submicron particles are widely used in industrial applications due to their unique physical and mechanical properties that enhance the performance of composite materials. In particular, boron carbide valued for exceptional hardness high wear resistance especially valuable protective coatings aerospace applications. However, these can agglomerate, significantly impairing effectiveness. When this occurs during development materials, negatively affected. paper, a chemical-free method using non-destructive, open-system dry deagglomeration technique is developed, leaving primary unaltered, while breaking up strong adhesions between resulting from manufacturing process. This was tested as-received submicron particles, with an average particle diameter d50 = 300 nm, its effect on size distribution presented. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction true density measurements were carried out raw powder. state poured into experimental mold without dispersing agent or atmosphere. Static pressure applied 141 MPa produce tablets at room temperature, finding 70 yielded best results terms homogeneity, dispersibility, reproducibility. order break apart densified pressed tablets, ultrasonication before running wet dispersed state. Using tri-laser light scattering technique, it determined followed Gaussian curve, indicating suitable regain uniform properties. It also shown applying ultrasound powder alone failed cause complete strongly adhering particles. These findings suggest there no significant alteration surface chemistry, lack any chemically supported mechanisms such as charge adsorption surfactants. static exerts immediate impact all mold, clear economical advantage shorter processing time over other methods shear mixing.
