Lowlands, with their hot and humid climates, present health challenges especially on the respiratory system. High ambient temperatures can worsen lung conditions, for people asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In context of climate change increased air pollution, it is important to understand impact environmental temperature in lowlands. The study aimed review existing literature evaluate these effects, focusing mechanisms underlying this relationship long-term effects high exposure function. method used was a systematic review, which included relevant studies from scientific journals between health, as well epidemiological lowland populations. article search technique through web access Mendeley, Science Direct. results showed that could trigger exacerbations diseases, increase pollutant particles, decrease function, risk infections quality life. conclusion, lowlands have significant requiring mitigation efforts, further research biological develop effective intervention strategies.
