This
study
focuses
on
the
biochemical
characterization
of
a
new
hydrolase
(Thb)
expressed
from
anaerobic
Thermoanaerobacterales,
which
could
be
used
to
improve
biogas
plant
efficiency
for
plastic
waste
treatment.
The
specificity
Thb
various
polyesters,
including
polyethylene
terephthalate
(PET),
polybutylene
adipate
(PBAT),
succinate
(PBS),
and
polylactic
acid
(PLA),
was
compared
well-studied

gravimetric

liquid
chromatography
(HPLC))

solubilized

enzymatic
hydrolysis,
found
more
active
aromatic

microscopy

Comparison of milk consumption habits across two European countries: Pilot study in Portugal and France

Abstract
Humans
have
been
consuming
milk
obtained
from
domesticated
animals
since
ancient
times.
Milk
is
a
very
complete
food
with
important
nutrients
that
can
support
life.
However,
the
patterns
of
consumption
shifting.
On
one
hand,
due
to
increase
in
number
people
intolerances
(to
lactose,
for
example),
and
on
other
some
trend
avoid
foods
animal
origin
owing
specific
conviction
(like
welfare,
example).
In
this
context,
study
focused
two
different
European
Countries
evaluation
possible
differences.
The
object
was
sources,
namely,
cows,
no
derived
fermented
dairy
products
were
included.
For
development
study,
questionnaire
survey
applied
sample
542
participants
both
countries
using
Internet.
results
showed
high
percentage
consume
regularly,
usual
amount
varies
between
125

per
day.
