This study focuses on the extraction of phenolic compounds from fermentation Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Gloeophyllum trabeum. The main goal was to synthesize phenol/chitosan microspheres PVA films characterized using FTIR, TGA, DSC, SEM, mechanical tests evaluate their physical, chemical, properties for antimicrobial packaging applications. Homogeneous chitosan loaded with lignin-derived phenols were obtained, showing controlled release compounds. incorporation into PVA/chitosan resulted in significant improvements properties: exhibited an elastic modulus 36.14 ± 3.73 MPa, tensile strength 12.01 1.14 elongation at break 65.19 5.96%. Thermal revealed that chitosan-containing had enhanced thermal stability, decomposition temperatures (T10) reaching 116.77 °C, compared 89.28 °C pure PVA. In terms activity, PVA/chitosan/phenol effectively reduced Lactobacillus growth milk acidity, maintaining quality up 96 h room temperature, outperforming controls acetic acid H2O2. also inhibit yeast one week. conclusion, can be effective agents dairy, but use should monitored. Additionally, PVA/chitosan-phenol offer biodegradability, properties, sustainability diverse
