Assessing the impact of agricultural pesticides, and their potential transformation products, in surface (SW) groundwater (GW) requires application target screening methodologies to cover maximum number species. This research investigates performance data independent acquisition (DIA) mode for quantification compounds suspect additional pesticides SW GW based on a single chromatographic run. Samples were analysed using liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS) platform, combined with an on-line solid-phase extraction (SPE) step. A suite fungicides insecticides, widely employed intensive viticulture areas, was selected assess combination database product ion spectra more than 700 pesticides. As regards targets, method achieved limits (LOQs) between 2 ng l-1 25 l-1, linear responses from LOQs up 500 l-1. Accuracy remained 70 % 120 %, use ultrapure water calibration standards. Suspect permitted identification 90 tested when added at levels above 50 improving percentage correct identifications versus those attained operating LC-QTOF-MS platform dependent (DDA) mode.
