Abstract
The
incidence
of
thrombosis-related
diseases
is
increasing
globally,
and
it
often
treated
by
mechanical
thrombectomy,
intravenous
thrombolysis
antiplatelet,
but
easy
to
lead
drug
resistance
bleeding
complications,
which
limits
the
development
its
treatment.
gut-liver
axis
represents
a
complex
two-way
communication
system,
in
intestinal
microorganisms
not
only
affect
immunity
function,
also
regulate
coagulation
function
liver.
Jingfang
Mixture
(JF)
Traditional
Chinese
Medicine
(TCM)
that
have
antithrombotic,
mechanism
still
unclear.
This
study
aimed
explore
regulatory
effect
JF
on
thrombosis
rats
through
carrageenan-induced
rat
model.
results
showed
after
treatment,
degree
black
tail
with
was
significantly
reduced,
pathological
condition
improved,
four
parameters
levels
factors
were
adjusted
closely
normal
levels,
liver
inflammatory
reduced.
In
vitro
experiments
proved
had
little
platelet
aggregation,

coagulation.

decreased
JFM
intervention.
