Efficient chemical synthesis is critical for the production of organic chemicals, particularly in pharmaceutical industry. Leveraging machine learning to predict and improve development efficiency has become a significant research focus modern chemistry. Among various models, Transformer, leading model natural language processing, revolutionized numerous fields due its powerful feature-extraction representation-learning capabilities. Recent applications demonstrated that Transformer models can also significantly enhance performance tasks, reaction prediction retrosynthetic planning. This article provides comprehensive review innovations qualitative tasks synthesis, with on technical approaches, advantages, challenges associated applying architecture reactions. Furthermore, we discuss future directions improving synthesis.

Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) represents a valuable of caffeic acid, which, over time, has demonstrated remarkable pharmacological properties. In general, the is obtained in organic solvents, especially by esterification reaction (CA) and 2-phenylethanol (PE). this context, purpose study was use “one pot” system to synthesize CAPE through biocatalysis with various lipases choline-chloride-based DES system, employing “2-in-1” concept, where one substrates functions as both reactant solvent. The synthesis process contingent on molar ratio between CA PE; thus, factor primary subject investigation, different ratios PE being studied. Furthermore, impact temperature, nature biocatalyst, water loading also examined. This ‘green’ method, which encouraging yields (%), could secure maintain therapeutic potential CAPE, mainly due non-toxic character medium.
