The world is constantly changing and developing. With the effect of this change, development, industrialization globalization, resources are consumed irregularly inefficiently. As a result these consumptions, various wastes generated. recycling disposal wastes, which accumulate over time create negative effects on human-environmental health, individual, family society, very important issue today. This study carried out in order to evaluate techniques medical contain viruses, bacteria, microorganisms have both environment human health. Within scope study, multi-criteria decision-making model consisting been proposed has solved with two-stage methodology. In first stage solution, prioritized ENTROPY method, second stage, alternative evaluated WASPAS EDAS methods. At end calculations, results obtained by methods compared alternatives ranked.

Addressing the pollution problems caused by improper disposal of effluents and wastes from pharmaceutical companies medical facilities are important for safety humans animals. This work highlights challenges developments in pharmaceu-tical waste management practices across world as well their potential bio-energy production. It involves study these properties, impacts on ecosystem treatment or recycling methods. Various studies have shown that successes been re-corded converting some antibiotic contaminated wastewater to biogas advance anaerobic digesters. Moreover, not all degradable, use placentas, hospital cotton waste, human urine, blood surgery has used plants built at close proximity hospitals, cases. However, such few only located Tanzania, India Philippines, among others generate power boil hot water needed patients cooking. is because level awareness regards dangers associated with indiscriminate low hence development policy countries often overlooked. The implication this spread diseases affected areas which can results epidemics. therefore necessary formulate policies allow harnessing biogas/bioenergy creation better environmentally safe.
