ABSTRACT The increasing price and demand for fossil fuels are driven by their depletion, greenhouse gas emissions, industrial air pollution. As a result, the search renewable alternatives has gained serious attention. Microalgae provide sustainable alternative biofuel production, offering high growth rates, significant oil yields productivity, nontoxic nature, higher photosynthesis efficiencies, ability to thrive on nonarable land. Chlorella vulgaris Scenedesmus dimorphus strains were chosen this study develop effective harvesting extraction methods energy. Three types of used optimize slurry yields, viz. flocculation, high‐speed refrigerated centrifugation, microfiltration. Moreover, two considered enhance efficiency: Soxhlet direct boiling method. centrifugation method provides fastest rate highest followed membrane separation, while though slower, is more cost‐effective easier perform. optimizes process effectively rupturing microalgae cell walls. shows recovery efficiency 0.76 g per liter media centrifuge, consisting 12%–40% content in overall weight; 12.7% was extracted using extraction, 18.7% On other hand, better 0.81 22%–51% weight, there 23.8% soxhlet 26.4% every 10 sample compared . Future research should focus like reduce production costs, maximize tackle global energy crisis.
