Cities have been growing at an impressive rate, and with the advancement of technology digitization, new ways proposed to provide cities a certain level autonomy intelligence so that they can self-regulate tasks currently take lot time for both citizens authorities, which also negative impact on environment. We recently experienced one most abrupt changes in history as result COVID-19 pandemic, where millions people, businesses, schools, companies, governments, etc., had modify their working, addition dealing many other present moment, important is transition electronic transactions. This chance progress toward smart city transformation implementation models assist ordinary activities. One common activities purchase real estate. In this study, we propose model make sale estate more equitable fairer, not just based amount money. A home should be able identify who its current owner by functioning IoT badge, and, after subject’s identity has verified, it granted full access all services, or else blocked and/or alerted authorities. The use contracts blockchain transfer ownership includes, inputs, those interested acquiring specific house outputs, person chose system requirements previously established government Smart City. As result, susceptibility fraud interference third reduced, individual’s security living home, therefore, city, strengthened.

Abstract The global amount of solid waste has dramatically increased as a result rapid population growth, accelerated urbanization, agricultural demand, and industrial development. world's is expected to reach 8.5 billion by 2030, while production will 2.59 tons. This deteriorate the already strained environment climate situation. Consequently, there an urgent need for methods recycle waste. Here, we review recent technologies treat waste, assess economic feasibility transforming into energy. We focus on municipal, agricultural, found that methane captured from landfilled-municipal in Delhi could supply 8–18 million houses with electricity generate 7140 gigawatt-hour, prospected potential 31,346 77,748 gigawatt-hour 2030 2060, respectively. Valorization food anaerobic digestion systems replace 61.46% natural gas 38.54% coal use United Kingdom, reduce land 1.8 hectares if provided animal feeds. also estimated levelized cost landfill waste-to-energy $0.04/kilowatt-hour $0.07/kilowatt-hour, payback time 0.73–1.86 years 1.17–2.37 years, Nonetheless, current treatment are still inefficient, particular treating containing over 60% water.

A novel compact size ultrawide band planar antenna with notched characteristics is present. The rejection characteristic achieved by loading a pair of metamaterial inspired rectangular split ring resonator (SRR) near the feed line and etching SRR slots on radiating patch. simulated measured results reveal that proposed exhibits impedance bandwidth over (UWB) frequency range from 3.1 to 14 GHz voltage standing wave ratio less than 2 except for stop bands at 3.29 3.7 (WiMAX band), 4.10 (C-band), 5.1 5.9 (WLAN 7.06 7.76 (downlink X-band satellite communication), respectively. fabricated low-cost FR-4 substrate has 24 × 20 1.6 mm3. simulation are compared demonstrate good agreement stable gain pass bands. also dipole-like radiation pattern in E-plane omni-directional H-plane. These led conclusion presented suitable candidate UWB applications desired notch characteristics.
