The prevalence of substantial inductive/capacitive loads within the industrial sectors induces variations in reactive energy levels. imbalance between active and network leads to heightened losses, diminished efficiency, an associated escalation operating costs. Therefore, forecasting sector confers notable advantages, including cost reduction, operational safeguarding equipment, enhanced consumption management, more effective assimilation renewable sources. Consequently, a range specialized methods for different applications have been developed address these challenges effectively. This research proposes stacked ensemble methodology, denoted as Stack-XGBoost, leveraging three distinct machine learning (ML) methods: extra trees regressor (ETR), adaptive boosting (AdaBoost), random forest (RFR), foundational models. Moreover, incorporation extreme gradient (XGBoost) algorithm meta-learner serves amalgamate predictions generated by base models, enhancing precision active/reactive using real time data steel industry. To assess efficacy proposed model, diverse performance metrics were employed. results show that Stack-XGBoost model outperformed other methods. Additionally, sensitivity analysis was conducted robustness method against input parameters.

The shared energy storage device acts as an hub between multiple microgrids to better play the complementary characteristics of microgrid power cycle. In this paper, cooperative operation process participating in island systems is researched, and two-stage research on multi-microgrid mode optimization service cost focused on. first stage, output each subject determined with goal profit optimal capacity, modified grey wolf algorithm used solve problem. second income distribution problem transformed into a negotiation bargaining process. are two sides game. Combined non-cooperative game theory, alternating direction multiplier method reduce cost. simulation results show that can optimize allocation multi-party resources by flexibly adjusting control mode, improving efficiency resource utilization while consumption renewable energy, meeting demand all parties, realizing sharing resources. Simulation compared traditional PSO algorithm, iterative times GWO proposed paper reduced 35.62%, calculation time shortened 34.34%. Compared common number iterations 18.97%, 22.31%.
