The widespread use of data across various fields has made missing imputation technology a crucial tool. High-quality is essential for effective energy management in smart grid environments, but may be absent during collection. Despite the development techniques electricity consumption data, previous studies have limited efforts to address distinctive characteristics this domain adequately. To overcome limitation, high-performance model must effectively leverage time-series and pattern features data. This study proposes novel based on unsupervised clustering classification-based generative adversarial network(CC-GAIN), which excels classification feature extraction. CC-GAIN demonstrates superior performance all types rates outperforming alternative models.
