Electronic grade hydrogen peroxide plays a crucial role in the fabrication of large-scale integrated circuits. However, prepared by anthraquinone method contains impurities such as lead ions (Pb2+) and phosphate, which can seriously affect yield circuit. Traditional adsorbent materials have difficulty solving problem simultaneous adsorption trace anions cations due to single site poor kinetics. In this study, UiO-66-NH2 was introducing -NH2 group on terephthalic acid ligand, series hybrid matrix hollow fiber membranes with different contents were loading it polysulfone (PSF). This initiative not only improved pore size water flux but also enhanced removal efficiency from solution, thereby facilitating practical application. Among them, [email protected] showed best phosphate capacities 3.099 2.160 mg g-1 reached 67.1 60.1%, fully confirms practicability purification electronic chemicals. work innovatively proposes that UiO-66-NH2@PSF great potential adsorbents for efficient solvents.
