Abstract Amorphous perovskite CoSnO 3 has attracted significant attention due to its unique properties and various modification methods. However, modifying metal‐oxygen bonds on the nonlinear optical (NLO) characteristics remains uncharted. In this study, a dehydration method is employed convert metal‐hydroxyl (M─OH) of hydroxide CoSn(OH) 6 into (M─O), successfully preparing amorphous with oxygen vacancies. Subsequently, effective regulation in achieved through an ion exchange strategy, yielding Fe‐doped (Fe‐CoSnO ). Comprehensive characterization analysis revealed that accelerated electron transition rate, resulting fast recovery time ≈245.1 fs for Fe‐CoSnO , accompanied by boost broadband NLO properties. Notably, when utilized as saturable absorber (SA), it exhibited superior mode‐locking compared range 1–2 µm. Specifically at communication band 1.5 µm, dynamic switching between single‐wavelength dual‐wavelength operations achieved. With ultrafast laser state manipulation, digital encoding also demonstrated. This work confirmed tailoring makes excellent material applications, strategy provides new insights designing advanced materials.
