The enhancement of sensitivity in biological analysis detection can reduce the probability false positives biosensor. In this work, a novel self-on controlled-release electrochemiluminescence (CRE) biosensor was designed by multiple signal amplification and framework-enhanced stability strategies. As result, changes ECL were enhanced before after process, achieving sensitive prostate-specific antigen (PSA). Specifically, for one thing, Fe3O4@CeO2–NH2 with two paths enhancing generation coreactant radicals used as coreaction accelerator to boost performance. For another, due framework stability, zeolitic imidazolate framework-8-NH2 (ZIF-8-NH2) combined luminol make more stable. Based on these strategies, constructed CRE showed strong effect presence PSA high series tests. range limit (LOD) 5 fg/mL 10 ng/mL 2.8 (S/N = 3), respectively, providing feasible approach clinical PSA.

In today’s ongoing rapid urban expansion, deforestation and climate changes can be observed mainly as unbalanced rain occurrence during the year, long seasons without any at all unordinary high temperatures. These adverse affect underground water levels availability of surface water. addition, quite a significant proportion drinking is used for non-drinking purposes. With several EU countries increasingly suffering from droughts, reusing quaternary treated wastewater help address scarcity. At European level, Regulation 2020/741 Parliament Council 25 May 2020 on minimum requirements reuse was adopted. Pyrogenic carbon and magnetite (Fe3O4) were mixed together for the activation of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), aiming to enhance oxidation refractory pollutants in a sustainable way. The experimental results indicated that straw-derived obtained by pyrolysis at 500–800 °C was efficient on coactivation H2O2, most one prepared 700 (C700) featured with abundant defects. Specifically, reaction rate constant (kobs) removal an antibiotic ciprofloxacin system (C700/Fe3O4/H2O2) is 12.5 times magnetite-catalyzed (Fe3O4/H2O2). faster pollutant attributed production •OH process, which facilitated decomposition H2O2 regeneration Fe(II).
