Heavy metal toxicity is an alarming challenge, since these metals exhibit negative impacts on ecosystem and human health. Carbon-based materials hold the promising, alternative, effective material to eliminate pollutants in contaminated soils as it acts a heavy adsorbent soil remediation. Interestingly, carbon-based integrated with magnetic particles possess enhanced absorption capacity removal also removes other organic contaminants. Moreover, new approaches are developed by using for their long-term, cost effective, sustainable prospects environmental pollution. This chapter focused role conspicuousness of taking into account removal. this ultimately grasped highlights contemporary advances adsorbents. eventually reduce besides being rejuvenators.

Nylon 11 is widely used in abrasion-resistant coatings due to its excellent wear resistance and processability. Here, the effects of different processing methods (pre-treatment temperatures, melting heating programs) nucleating agents (silica, talcum powder, montmorillonite) on crystallinity behavior were systematically analyzed. The results show that pre-treating at 80–100 °C enhances resistance, friction coefficient drops ~0.16. Melting temperature influences both flowability 11. Specifically, when exceeds 195 °C, improves significantly decreases from 0.32 0.17. Moreover, variations program also affect Optimal achieved held 165 185 for 10 min (friction coefficient: ~0.17). do not change crystalline morphology 11, which predominantly exhibits an orthorhombic α-phase. However, as content increases (0–1 wt%), first rises then declines, with highest value being 46.48%. This work emphasizes critical role providing valuable insights their performance optimization.
