Abstract NaNbO 3 crystals were fabricated in the 60B 2 O –30Na O–10Nb 5 glass system. The fabrication of parent was done via melt quench technique, and then crystallization achieved through controlled heat treatment. formation crystallites successfully observed confirmed using X‐ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy. elemental analysis present constituent glass‐ceramics performed photoemission morphological characteristics investigated field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE‐SEM). transparency samples evaluated by UV–vis spectroscopy, it has been established that transparent even after partial crystallization.
