Abstract The use of inexpensive, easily accessible, highly effective, and environmentally friendly adsorbents has been looked into as a perfect substitute for the currently expensive ways extracting pollutants from wastewater. This study examines potential carbon black (CB) obtained sugarcane bagasse elimination aromatic amines such benzidine simulated wastewater it is listed carcinogenic agent. contact time, adsorbent dosage, initial concentration effects on system were investigated. According to findings, proportion removed rose amount increased. adsorption followed pseudo-second-order (PSOM) rate equation fit well Langmuir (LIM) better than other isotherm models. Maximum sugar cane (CBB) (99.84%) was observed at pH 2.65 (normal pH), dose 2 g L –1 , 50 mg after time min.
