Abstract In order to alleviate the problem of corner gas accumulation caused by air leakage in goaf high coal seam. The rapid film-forming sealing material for wall and grouting roof were developed optimized, the' plugging-injection' combined scheme was proposed. orthogonal experiment designed with thickness attenuation ratio plugging film at 12h and24 h, gel viscosity, adhesion, setting time other factors as indicators, best selected. engineering test shows that: (1) 1.5% sodium alginate solution 7.5% calcium chloride can be sprayed turn quickly form a stick wall; (2) 2.5% polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6% borax 0.5% thickener mixed into water stirred obtain polymer slurry. (3) According monitoring results, concentration each point decreased more than 62% after using material, upper 67%. 50%, 57%. formed dynamic combination functions above two types optimized new materials effectively reduce occurrence overrun accidents working face, which has good utilization prospect.
