Heterojunction creation is demonstrated as an effective strategy to enhance the transfer and separation of charge carriers, which beneficial for subsequent photocatalytic reactions. In this study, “sea urchin-like” W18O49 was in situ-grown on surface Bi12GeO20 through a hydrothermal process, released Cl− anions tended produce BiOCl simultaneously. Systematical characterizations confirmed construction ternary composites Bi12GeO20/BiOCl/W18O49 (GBW), Type I Z-scheme models were integrated promote carrier migration by combining structural merits both models. Under UV–visible light, catalytic performance as-synthesized samples tested terms NO oxidation removal. Compared pure Bi12GeO20, composite GBW5 showed highest removal efficiency 42%, nearly four times that Bi12GeO20. These improvements mainly due enhanced light absorption, suitable morphological features, boosted generation reactive species GBW series. This study paves way Bi12GeO20-based using comprehensive utilization waste method employment low concentrations at ppb level.

To fabricate recyclable catalytic materials with high activity, Se4+@TiO2 photocatalytic were synthesized by the sol–gel method. By introducing free radicals on surface of polyester (PET) fabrics through plasma technology, Se4+@TiO2/PET composite activity prepared. Introduction Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is an innovative way to treat tumors by activating sonosensitizers via ultrasound (US).
