Abstract Road infrastructure development in a country has been considered an important predictor of economic and prosperity. Hence applying systematic analysis approach, this study aims to project the future role central government developing road its significance country's growth. The main data sources were literature review expert opinions form self-administrative surveys interviews. Besides, Cross-impact Direct Influence (CDI) matrix was applied formulate questionnaire. For purpose, MICMAC Scenario Wizard software used. results revealed dominant 9 important/key variables Indonesian infrastructure. Simultaneously 24 positive states what identified via Scenario-Wizard Method. Findings also depicted stronger consistency among four scenarios. Whereas 1 showed most ideal key features related Indonesia’s developments with high intensity concentrating efforts on planning big cities use smart modern technology. Moreover, presenting group constructs for resultant growth country, current adds value existing literature.

Nowadays, solar energy is considered to be one of the most developed renewable sources, and its production capacity has increased in recent years. To optimize yields production, correct selection location these plants essential. This research develops a methodological proposal that allows for detecting evaluating appropriate places implement photovoltaic almost automatically through GIS tools. A multi-criteria analysis proposed analyze large extensions land with ten duly weighted criteria cover territorial requirements any installation must meet. The method assigns each site coefficient reflects weighting chosen so value ordered from highest lowest best worst location. Unlike other works can similar, much more consistent than traditional alternatives as it uses mechanism also statistically consistent, objective, based on logical criteria. innovative methodology applied Cantabria (north Spain), although could used contexts.

Sustainable transportation has a significant impact on factors related to urban development and economic development. Therefore, much research is being undertaken select the best strategies manage sustainable transportation. Transportation requires carefully designed method of mobility modes in terms pollution they produce or use renewable energy sources. However, due numerous preferences decision-makers data uncertainty problems, it challenging optimal strategy. In this paper, we focus creating framework for determining strategy management. For purpose, T-spherical fuzzy graphs will be used, which, together with combination Laplacian Energy, can accurately represent decision-makers’ an uncertain environment. Due lack limitations its membership functions, decide which factor seems most important selecting Additionally, applicability, SFS TOPSIS approach been used approach. The obtained results demonstrate high performance proposed applicability management transport problems.

The purpose of this study is to apply the Simplified Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA-S) weighting model with ranking criteria or priorities in determining Employee Performance Evaluation. method used for assessment employee performance evaluation center and order using Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT), so as produce rankings that can be compared best alternative results weighted values generated by each method. To MAUT approach decision support systems, determination has initiative, team working ability, communication skills, discipline, responsibility, creativity innovation, customer service, commitment company values. This research aims at evaluating PIPRECIA-S weight based on makers more objectively. Based process completing application evaluation, among 6 employees subjects research, was obtained 4 a final score 0.435 rank 1, 2 1 0.328, while 3 0.251.

However, is still limited uneven due to limitations budget lack comprehensive strategic planning for road development. main purpose this study analyze (farmers) assessment regarding improving their roads. This also examines farmers' evaluations increased related farming socioeconomic activities. We collected data from respondents through an interview using farmer assessments in two on 5-point Likert scale. variable indicators by was analyzed descriptively. Meanwhile, analysis conditions uses a multiple linear regression model. scores indicators, scale 1 5, were 3.39 (village accessibility), 3.36 (community mobility), 3.33 (socioeconomic rural community). Furthermore, increasing significantly Therefore, constructing enhances communities' conditions. strongly recommends that policymakers prioritize investment infrastructure drive sustainable agriculture Future research proposes quantifiable these variables find more robust conclusions about communities quantitative measures.

Abstract A new method is proposed to convert ordinal ranking of a number criteria and an additional piece information into numerical weights. literature review methods for assigning cardinal weights based on performed, as well analysis their behaviour. The method, called ‘constant weight ratio’ (CWR), enables better adjustment the decision-maker’s preferences than purely methods. It also solves problem excessive decrease in most important criterion (or criteria) when total large must be high. achieved via three simple steps flexible input data. may be: (i) relative importance criteria, i.e., ratio, (ii) set or (iii) criterion. applied two case studies cultural sector illustrate that resulting are equivalent other requiring more data from decision maker.
