A magyar vasúti hálózat európai törzshálózatba (TEN-T) tartozó elemeinek teljes körű felújítása, modernizációja fokozott ütemben kezdődött meg a 2009-2016 közötti KÖZOP finanszírozási program keretében. korszerű technológiák bevezetése kézenfekvő megoldás volt alépítmény rehabilitációjának elvégzéséhez is tekintve során munkáltatás alá vett jelentős vágányhosszakat. Magyarországon új technológia honosításához azonban tervezési, műszaki ellenőrzési és kivitelezési folyamatokat szabályozó előírásrendszereket kellett újítani. munkák megkezdése előtt nagygépes alépítményjavítási technológiához nélkülözhetetlen törtszemcsés kiegészítő réteg anyagának hazai körülmények között elérhető kőbányákból származó keverékét ki kísérletezni. honosítási folyamat tervezési metódusok eleinte párhuzamosan folytak korábban alkalmazott eljárásokkal míg az egyenértékűség igazolásra került. Laboratóriumi tesztek próbaszakaszok építésével történt kőanyag keverékterv véglegesítése. Az építési módszer magas színvonal konvencionális képest igen gyors idő miatt vágányzári csökkenést eredményezett több fontos környezetvédelmi szempontból előnyös alkalmazását lehetővé tette. gépláncok zúzottkő recycling technológiával be kiszállítandó kőanyagok mennyiségét csökkentették, mint alépítményi kiegészítőréteg, ágyazati tekintetében. alkalmazásának köszönhetően elért mellett átépítési CO2 kibocsátása ezzel vasútvonalak ökológiai lábnyoma csökkent.

Policy synergy, the evidence-based coordination of public policies, can aid in more rapidly achieving air pollutant and carbon dioxide (CO2) emission reduction targets. Using logarithmic mean Divisia index (LMDI) decomposition, coupling degree (CCD), geographically temporally weighted regression (GTWR) models, we analyzed characteristics, drivers, pathways residential pollution across 30 Chinese provinces from 2001 to 2020. The southern produced than northern provinces, with gap widening after 2015. In sector, energy factors (LMDI decomposition result, 686,681.9) population size (14,331) had greater impacts on emissions structure, intensity, synergies, or GDP per capita. GTWR analysis CCD mechanism indicated that hydroelectricity urbanization enhanced southeast. Meanwhile, west, was improved by R&D investment, government spending industrial control, electricity consumption, capita cropland, temperature, urbanization. This provides a valuable reference for optimizing strategies.

Increasing air pollution, rising carbon emissions, and urban shrinkage pose significant challenges for sustainable development in China. Exploring the relationship between synergy effect of pollution reduction mitigation (SPRCR) can contribute to systematically addressing green development. However, few studies have analyzed all three factors within a unified analytical framework. Therefore, our study takes 288 cities at prefecture level above China as research objects endeavors apply Coupling Coordination Degree (CCD), Multi-scale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR), Geodetector (v2.1.0) analyze influence on SPRCR. From analysis, it was demonstrated that (1) general, inhibit an improvement synergistic degree SPRCR, but inhibition is weak. (2) The this shows spatial heterogeneity, with negative impact SPRCR mainly concentrated northeast region. (3) interaction construction land expansion more than other factors, enhancement most obvious. Given regional differences development, provides valuable insights promoting

Coordinated control of pollution and carbon reduction is an imperative choice for China’s overall transition towards sustainability. However, environmental policies often treat pollutants CO2 separately, potentially resulting in imbalanced reduction. Since several cities are not only critical the Air Pollution Prevention Control Action Plan (APPCAP) policy but also pilot Carbon Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), this study aims to examine extent which coordination APPCAP ETS can influence air emissions. Using panel data from 2011 2019 231 prefecture cities, we compare effects separate coordinated implementation via difference-in-differences (DID) model causal forest model. Research shows that (1) has significantly reduced both emissions dual-policy cities. For non-dual or exerts significant unilateral effects. (2) Enhancing government supervision, weakening relationship between enterprises, raising enterprises’ green innovation capabilities main mechanisms through (3) The combined impacts more evident pollution-intensive with weak carbon-peaking trends. Our research inspires development a collaborative system policies.
