Over the years, E-commerce industry has been witnessing a phenomenal growth, thanks to rapid technological advancement in Industry 4.0. There standout surge use of various online shopping platforms (OSP) for daily use. The recent pandemic accelerated growth trajectory and made transformational change digital commerce landscape. As result, there proliferation OSPs competitive domain. It is therefore pertinent address questions: How do customers select their favorite OSP? To what extent differ based on consumers’ preferences? present work addresses these questions by proposing novel group decision making framework. ongoing study provides several innovative extensions multi criteria models like Borda count, importance assessment (CIMAS), modified preference selection index (MPSI), root method (RAM). In this paper, researchers provide count method, integrated with CIMAS determining weights utilizing ranking criteria. Mutluluk ile sürdürülebilirlik arasında bir ilişkinin olduğunu savunan Danimarka Çevre Bakanlığı, bu kapsamda raporlar yayınlamaktadır. Bu sebeple toplumsal mutluluğun sürdürülebilirliğin hangi alt boyutu ilişkisinin değerlendirebilmek amacıyla G8 ülkelerinin 2010-2022 dönemi için mutluluk, yönetişim ve ekonomik performansları ölçülmüştür. mutluluk performansının ölçülebilmesi adına World Happiness Report tarafından yayınlanan tüm göstergeler, Dünya Bankası iyi göstergeleri performans cari işlemler dengesi (GSYH'nin %'si), GSYH büyüme oranı, mal hizmet ihracatı, işsizlik ithalatı enflasyon oranı ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada LOPCOW-ARLON entegre modeli önerilmiştir. LOPCOW (LOgarithmic Percentage Change-driven Objective Weighting) yöntemi alınan değerlendirme kriterlerinin önem düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. ARLON (Alternative Ranking using two-step LOgarithmic Normalization) sıralaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Buna ek olarak önerilen modelin geçerliliği tutarlılığı çeşitli duyarlılık analizleri test edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre performanslarının birbirleri hemen aynı sıralarda çıktığı hatta Kanada, Fransa, İtalya Rusya’da birebir olduğu görülmektedir.

The dominant position of a member within service supply chain plays crucial role in fostering willingness to improve quality. Consequently, this study examines comprising supplier and an integrator, aiming investigate the influence four different power structures, namely, supplier-led, integrator-led, supplier–integrator balance, centralized decision, on decision-making process for quality improvement by members. findings highlight that optimal is not necessarily infinitely close 100%, influenced factors such as revenue share, cost, effect, position.
