Digitalization has profoundly reshaped work modes and lifestyles impacted individuals' life satisfaction. However, there been limited research exploring this issue while comparing the effects before during COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, investigating heterogeneity across different socio-economic groups is crucial. This study uses data from latest three waves of European Social Survey in 2016, 2018, 2020 to examine influence Internet usage on satisfaction, unravel its underlying mechanisms, conduct analysis with fixed-effects ordered logit model propensity score matching method. The empirical findings reveal following: (a) significant positive although marginal decreases as respondents' satisfaction increases; (b) respondents a "right" political tendency, higher levels social interaction trust, females, older individuals, income earners, those lower education levels, better health conditions, stronger religious beliefs tend report satisfaction; (c) flexibility, work–life balance, team engagement are identified essential mediating factors relationship between (d) had effect since outbreak pandemic, whereas was not case pandemic; (e) more pronounced among young, affluent communities, well-educated Eastern Central Europeans, non-managers, employees central/local governments private firms. underscores rapid transformation induced by digitalization Europe provides valuable insights leveraging improve individual post-pandemic era.

Purpose This study aims to explore both the drivers (performance expectancy and perceived usefulness of ChatGPT) barrier (effort expectancy) that Indonesian youth encounter when adopting generative AI technology, such as ChatGPT, they pursue digital entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach utilizes Hayes' Process Model evaluate proposed hypotheses through survey data collected from 518 youth. This chapter investigates the nexus between entrepreneurship and rural development, focusing on a comparative analysis of female male entrepreneurs. The education gap between urban and rural areas was the main problem in all countries, especially Indonesia. Children often have limited access to competent teachers educational resources. To address this issue, Indonesian government has made it a priority improve teacher quality. methodology of research followed qualitative approach which compared 24 international journals, specifically from Scopus Cambridge journals.
