Waste management involves the systematic collection, transportation, processing, and treatment of waste materials generated by human activities. It entails a variety strategies technologies to diminish environmental impacts, protect public health, conserve resources. Consequently, providing an effective comprehensive optimization approach plays critical role in minimizing generation, maximizing recycling reuse, safely disposing waste. This work develops novel Possibilistic Multi-Objective Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (PMOMILP) model order formulate problem design circular–sustainable–reliable network, under uncertainty. The possibility recovery are considered across incineration disposal processes address main circular-economy principles. objectives sustainable development throughout total cost, impact, reliability Management System (WMS). Lp-metric technique is then implemented into tackle multi-objectiveness. Several benchmarks adapted from literature validate efficacy proposed methodology, treated CPLEX solver/GAMS software less than 174.70 s, on average. Moreover, set sensitivity analyses performed appraise different scenarios explore utilitarian managerial implications decision aids. demonstrated that configured WMS network highly sensitive specific time period wherein does not fail.
