Socially responsible companies are adopting sustainability measures to mitigate their impact on the environment. The study investigates role of green human resource management practices by examining direct and indirect effect work engagement. Drawing integration four theories, this research addresses how GHRM influence engagement across various manufacturing industries in North India. employed a cluster purposive sampling approach, selecting districts Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan based industrial concentration. A judiciously chosen sample size 362 respondents was deemed optimal, aiming for precision reliability exploring among employees HR managers.
