This study explores the implementation of Local Government Information System (SIPD) in preparing financial reports Units ( SKPD )in DPRD Secretariat Baubau City. The addresses how decentralized governance and transparency can be enhanced through e-government initiatives like SIPD, which integrates local data electronically. Despite clear policy guidelines outlined various regulations, research identifies challenges human resource limitations, insufficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inadequate infrastructure. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews document analysis, finds that although SIPD supports accountability, its effectiveness is hindered by technical issues such as staff competency system contributes to understanding public implementation, specifically within while suggesting allocation inter-departmental coordination improvements enhance e-governance practices management.
