Previous literature has shown a significant association between sleep and depression, whereas limited studies have examined the of quality with self-harm ideation in pregnant Chinese women.A total 898 women (first to third trimester) from Young Investigation Study were enrolled this study. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire was used assess quality. Antepartum depression evaluated using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). Multivariable logistic regression models calculate odds ratios (ORs) 95 % confidence intervals (CIs).In sample, prevalence poor antepartum 44.3 24.4 %, respectively. Furthermore, 12.8 considered as having ideation. Individuals different trimesters reported similar thoughts. Women more likely report thoughts if they categorized or depression. Abstract Diminished sleep health is a known warning sign for suicide. However, the contexts and time periods within which diminished elevates suicide risk are unknown. Modeling complex process by impacts daily functioning establishing proximal factors can aid in addressing these important knowledge gaps. This paper describes methods research protocol study that aims to elucidate nature of sleep–suicide relationship develop an integrated model risk. Participants will be 200 adults at high recruited from psychiatric inpatient unit. They complete baseline assessment including clinical interviews self-reports, laboratory tasks with concurrent electroencephalography phenotype-relevant processes. followed 4 weeks ecological momentary digital phenotyping, coupled assessments via wearable used generate minute-by-minute metric cognitive effectiveness using Sleep Activity, Fatigue, Task Effectiveness algorithm index. Background Worldwide, 30%-45% of adults have sleep disorders, which are linked to major health issues such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Long-term monitoring with traditional in-lab testing is impractical due high costs. Wearable artificial intelligence (AI)–powered solutions offer accessible, scalable, continuous monitoring, improving the identification treatment problems. Objective This scoping review aims provide an overview AI-powered wearable devices used for focusing on study characteristics, technology features, AI methodologies detection analysis. A causal relationship between sleep disturbances and suicidal behavior has been previously reported. Insomnia nightmares are considered as hallmarks of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In addition, patients with PTSD have an increased risk for suicidality. The present article gives overview about the existing literature on suicidality in context PTSD. It aims to demonstrate that diagnosing treating problems still underestimated target symptoms may provide preventive strategies respect However, heterogeneous study designs, different samples diverse outcome parameters hinder a direct comparison studies cannot be shown. It also determine whether normalizes arousal TRD ketamine’s effects on mediate its antidepressant anti-SI effects. was a secondary analysis of biomarker-focused, randomized, double-blind, crossover trial (0.5 mg/kg) compared saline placebo. Polysomnography (PSG) studies were conducted one day before after ketamine/placebo infusions. Sleep measured using spectral power functions over time including alpha (quiet wakefulness), beta (alert delta (deep sleep) power, as well macroarchitecture variables, wakefulness onset (WASO), total (TST), rapid eye movement (REM) latency, Post-Sleep Onset Efficiency (PSOSE). At baseline, diagnostic included lower TST ( p = 0.006) shorter REM latency 0.04) the versus HV group. Ketamine’s temporal dynamic (relative placebo) increased earlier night later night. However, there no significant patterns alpha, beta, or metrics, mediation variables These results highlight role sleep-related part systemic neurobiological initiated administration. Screening pOSA necessary order design more personalized effective treatment strategies. In this article, we propose analyzing accelerometry signals, recorded with smartphone, detect monitor at home.
