Background: Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) is one of the most prevalent pediatric rheumatic disorders causing severe impairments such as persistent pain, impaired physical function and subsequent sleep disturbance that may increase risk an overall sedentary lifestyle. Aim this study was to identify relationship between quality, functional ability lifestyle habits children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Design: A descriptive correlational design utilized. Setting: The took place at outpatient clinic rheumatology rehabilitation department Zagazig University Hospitals. Subjects: Purposive sample fifty-five JIA aged 6–16 years were included from previous mentioned setting. Tools: Four tools used gather required data. Tool I: Children bio socio demographic characteristics. II: Sleep quality scale (SQS). III: Functional questionnaire. IV: Lifestyle Results: It clarified more than third had poor two fifths them low ability, well habits. Conclusion: arthritis a negative effect on studied children. Moreover, there highly statistically significant positive correlation children's their Recommendations: Developing educational program regarding modifications mandatory for JIA.
