Piezoelectric energy harvests (PEHs) based on PVDF polymers have recently become a research hotspot due to their excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance. However, the lower power output compared PZT has always been challenge that restricted its practical application. In this study, we designed demonstrated highperformance pneumatic piezoelectric harvester (PPEH) polymer. The PPEH utilizes compact lever-type displacement amplification module with an ratio of 6:1, enabling large bending deformations at small stroke displacements. one unit can peak, average, DC 25.85 mW, 2.07 1.17 mW 10 Hz, respectively. generation effect is significantly improved by grouping increasing gap distance between groups. When four units are connected in parallel, 2.50 30.63 peak power, volume density calculated structure reach 85.78 W/m3, considerably higher than other related studies. Finally, use successfully electronic devices such as magnetic limit switches cylinders environment. proposed work provide critical guidance references for high expand application harvesting.
