Acrylamide (AM) is a recognized carcinogen and neurotoxin, posing significant threat to food safety human health. Therefore, developing sensitive convenient methods for AM detection in samples essential. This study responds the urgent need selective of AM, hidden hazard food, safeguard public health environmental safety. We present development novel two-dimensional ultrasound-synthesized PVP-Gd composite nanosheet platform precise sensing. These self-assembled nanosheets, constructed from gadolinium (Gd) poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP), exhibit remarkable stability robust blue fluorescence, with quantum yield 45.01% upon excitation at 380 nm. A full factorial design was employed optimize synthesis process, revealing parameter interactions. The optimized nanosheets demonstrated strong quenching effect acrylamide exposure, resulting high-performance sensor an impressively low limit (9.4 nM) broad linear response range. innovative offers promising approach monitoring applications, effectively addressing risks associated acrylamide.
