It is well-known that metal-oxide semiconductors (MOS) have significant gas sensing activity and are widely used in harmful monitoring various environments. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, composition concentration LIB has become an effective way to avoid safety problems. However, study typical electrolyte solvent detection, such as EMC DMC detection by MOS sensor, still its infancy. Here, SnO2 nanoboxes synthesized coordination dissolution using cubic Cu2O template, sensor shows high sensitivity (0.27 10 ppb EMC), excellent response (32.46 20 ppm superior selectivity. Additionally, possesses fast clear lithium-ion battery (LIB) leakage simulation tests, suggesting it should be a promising candidate for monitors. These performances attributed large specific surface area, small grain size, size/thickness ratio nanoboxes. More importantly, DFT calculations confirm adsorption on nanoboxes, decomposition processes catalyzed deduced situ FTIR GC-MS.
