The efficient and accurate detection of gallic acid (GA) is particularly important for human health. Herein, a simple low-cost ultrasonic-assisted strategy was proposed the preparation multifunctional nanocomposite Super-P carbon black (SPCB) nanoparticles mesoporous silica (MSNs), which used to modify glassy electrode (GCE) fabrication GA electrochemical sensor ([email protected]/GCE). SPCB with pearl-chain nanostructure presented an interconnected highly conductive network, significantly improved charge transfer efficiency. MSNs spherical morphology structure exhibited uniform particle dispersion high active surface area, remarkably accumulation effect sensing towards GA. Moreover, excellent electrical conductivity compensated non-conductive property MSNs. Under optimized condition, response [email protected]/GCE had good linear relationship concentration (0.5–10 μM), corresponding limit could reach up 4.911 nM. fabricated nanohybrid showed reproducibility, repeatability anti-interference property. satisfactory recoveries RSD values were achieved in tea samples. This work provides reference sensitive analysis field food safety.
