Metal-organic framework-based hybrids (MOFzyme) have promising applications in colorimetric aptasensors due to their highly efficient and stable catalytic activity. However, application biosensors remains a challenging issue the limited reaction site amorphous structure. Herein, we encapsulated catalase inside MOF cavities prepare an MOFzyme with many functional groups on its surface, were utilized for subsequent integration of into hyaluronic acid-DNA hydrogel. Moreover, accurate flexible synthesis unit hydrogel enabled prepared DNA adjust shape suit encapsulate MOFzyme. Subsequently, novel sensing strategy detecting Sarafloxacin (Sar) was developed based excellent ability mediated by stimulus responsiveness In addition, evolved aptamer higher affinity Sar obtained via semirational design elaborately designed synthetic hydrogel, significantly improving response sensitivity specificity aptasensor. The constructed aptasensor exhibited wide linear detection range 0.003 200 ng/mL low limit 2.06 pg/mL. Above all, this work provides sensitive way determine hazardous substances food environments.

Elevated concentrations of toxic organic compounds observed in food products pose serious dangers to human health. Both natural and artificial pollutants can cause contamination. The stages production, packaging, transportation, storage also largely the appearance undesirable substances products. health consequences ingesting containing contaminants range from mild gastroenteritis deaths resulting dysfunctional internal organs neurological syndromes. World Health Organization (WHO) sets recommendations for content such chemicals food, including a minimum allowable concentration considered safe consumption. However, control chemical is necessary. Moreover, fast, sensitive, inexpensive methods are needed detect them at point need. Currently, immune analysis most widely used determine food. development fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) competitive format powerful modern tool detecting molecules various matrices, thereby making FPIA useful safety applications. Due availability portable devices measuring signal, be variety fluorescent labels recognizing elements (receptors, monoclonal polyclonal antibodies, nanobodies) permits (FP) assays significantly lower limits substances. FP assay homogeneous, quantitative method. formats makes promising determining pollutants. This review summarizes publications on analyses (pesticides, hormones, toxins, antibiotics, other pharmaceuticals) during 2018–2023. Further, it demonstrates prospects using this method need high molecular weight substances, fungi, bacterial infections inspections.
