L-Tryptophan (l-Trp) is an essential amino acid that critical to human health and biosynthetic processes. Hence, developing a simple sensitive l-Trp sensor of great importance. In this study, Ce-doped MOF-199/Ti3C2TX MXene nanocomposite was developed detect l-Trp. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation suggested the doping Ce can effectively enhance electronic structure MOF-199 improve its adsorption capacity for Additionally, integration with Ti3C2TX substantially improves conductivity MOFs, resulting in enhanced electrocatalytic activity material. The exhibits wide linear range (0.5-156.5 μM), low limit detection (0.18 excellent selectivity. Further, possesses reproducibility, repeatability, long-term stability. It has been successfully used milk recoveries (99.66-104.40%).

Abstract This paper presents a new method for detecting malathion pesticides using modified screen-printed electrode (SPE) with fluorescence quenching technique. The manganese-based MOF was synthesized the solvothermal method. MOFs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and Raman spectroscopy. material’s electrocatalytic properties assessed via electrochemical impedance (EIS) cyclic voltammetry (CV). Within concentration range of 0.89 µM to 5.95 µM, response analyzed square wave (SWV), giving rise detection limit 39.097 nM. Fluorescence studies have been carried out between 0.039 0.56 lower 62.03 A sensor good anti-interference tested selectivity practicability in real samples, proving its potential use this area.
