Abstract Electronic thin films play a ubiquitous role in microelectronic devices and especially hold great promise for flexible electronics, energy conversion storage, biomedical applications. Their characterizations, including ultra‐thin, large‐scale dimensions, stretchability, conformal ability to curved or 3D structures, present new challenges film fabrication based on the solution method. Electrospray deposition emerges as feasible method fabricating large‐area, flexible, films. It offers many advantages such material adaptability, controlled atomization, tunable morphology, shape retention complex substrates. These make it key high‐performance surfaces. This work presents comprehensive review of mechanisms, processes, applications, equipment electrospray deposition. First, fundamental principles are introduced, focusing mechanisms scaling laws liquid atomization. Moreover, control methods modes, morphology discussed. advanced pave way smart skins, wearable devices, storage components. Finally, this introduces three types manufacturing illustrate surface manufacturing.

Abstract Dual‐mode humidity sensors have received wide attention in recent years due to their great potential multifunction applications. Herein, following a “two birds with one stone” strategy, dual‐mode and self‐powered low sensor based on LiBr‐MOF‐801 high response power generation is proposed. The optimized LiBr‐MOF‐801‐based exhibits impedance–voltage sensitivity the range of 0–23% relative (RH) (57.1 0.61 V), small hysteresis (0.3% RH) good long‐term stability at room temperature (20 °C). Moreover, an integrated generator obtained by series connection within 15 cm 2 , output voltage reaches 2.6 V density 110 nW −2 can be used as energy, supplying commercial electronic equipment even humidity. This work provides new sight for fabricating high‐performance, dual‐mode, low‐humidity sensors.
