Triethylamine
is
a
common
volatile
organic
compound
(VOC)
that
plays
an
important
role
in
areas
such
as
solvents,

industries,

threat
human

The
NH3
sensor
is
of
great
significance
in
preventing
leakage
and
ensuring
life
safety.
In
this
work,
the
Pd-decorated
ZnO
hexagonal
microdiscs
are
synthesized
using
hydrothermal
annealing
processes,
gas
fabricated
based
on
microdiscs.
gas-sensing
test
results
show
that
Pd-ZnO
has
a
good
response
to
gas.
Specifically,
it
linear
within
0.5–50
ppm
at
optimal
operating
temperature
230
°C.

exhibits
repeatability,
short
time
(23.2
s)
humidity
resistance
(10–90%
relative
humidity).

Given
the
widespread
utilization
of
gas
sensors
across
various
industries,
detection
diverse
and
complex
target
gases
presents
a
significant
challenge
in
designing
with
multigas
capability.
Although
constructing
sensor
array
widely
used
chemiresistive
is
one
solution,
it
difficult
for
single
to
simultaneously
detect
different
gases,
as
can
only
gas.
The
intrinsic
reason
this
bottleneck
that
rely
entirely
on
resistivity
unique
parameter
evaluate
sensing
properties
sensors,
such
sensitivity,
selectivity,
etc.
Herein,
field-effect
transistor
(FET)
abundant
electrical
parameters
employed
prepare
variety
gases.
Semiconducting
carbon
nanotubes
(CNTs)
are
selected
channel
material,
which
modified
by
Pd
nanoparticles
enhance
sensors.
By
extracting
transconductance,
threshold
voltage,
from
transfer
characteristic
curves
FET,
correlation
between
multielectrical
information
established
subsequent
data
analysis.
Through
principal
component
analysis
algorithm,
identification
six
be
finally
achieved
relying
solely
carbon-based
FET-type
sensor.
We
hope
our
work
solve
principle
expected
reduce
system
complexity
cost
caused
design
arrays,
offering
valuable
guidance
technology.
