In this study, a dip coating device was designed using low-cost materials and performance tests were performed. The method is an efficient technique used to samples into chemical solutions produce thin films. system provides precise movement in the vertical axis with stepper motor, while heating unit can be apply heat treatment during process. controlled by Arduino allows user adjust number of dips, waiting times speed. order test operation system, ZnO films produced, these evaluated XRD, SEM UVspectrophotometer analyses. As result analyses, it determined that structural optical properties produced accordance data literature. These results prove successful functional.
