Acute pesticide poisoning has resulted in several symptoms that threaten life safety. Thus, developing a rapid detection method would facilitate the identification of toxicants as soon possible. This study presented an affordable and straightforward platform based on core-shell structure nanocomposite Prussian blue/Fe-metal-organic frameworks/Ce material, which exhibited peroxidase-like activity multiple capture sites [marked phosphate buffer (PB)/Fe-MOF/Ce NPs]. Fe3+ Fe2+ are located at core PB nanoparticles (PB NPs), metal-porphyrin metal-organic framework (MOF) shell, Ce NPs grown shell. A practical, economical, accurate, colorimetric strategy was synthesized to detect organophosphorus pesticides directly fetal bovine serum. The solution-based PB/Fe-MOF/Ce NP sensor demonstrated ultrasensitive performance excellent reproducibility. absorbance variation dichlorvos, methamidophos, dimethoate follows linear equation y = 0.093x + 0.024, 0.083x 0.017, 0.114x 0.117 under low content, limit (LOD) determined using 3s/slope, 5.6, 4.8, 6.5 μg/L, respectively, with recovery rates ranging from 83.4% 98.6% RSD less than 6%. provides for effectively detecting acute samples offers profound insights further improving treatment efficiency poisoning, it prospects clinical point-of-care testing.
