Hydrogen
sulfide
(H2S)
is
an
important
respiratory
biomarker
of
many
diseases,
and
thus,
developing
H2S
gas
sensors
with
low
detection
limits
at
operating
temperatures
essential
for
the
early
diagnosis
diseases
in
low-resource
environments.
Although
lead
halide
perovskites
have
unique
electronic
optical
properties,
high
toxicity
has
prompted
development
alternative
materials.
In
this
study,
Cs2AgBiCl6
was
synthesized
using
a
simple
method.
The
sensor
based
on
showed
excellent
sensing
room
temperature
over
wide
humidity
range,
response
(90.6
vs
10
ppm
H2S)
fast
speed
(99.6
s
400
ppb
H2S).
limit
(5
H2S),
selectivity
excellent.
Small
changes
concentration
(<100
ppb)
were
detected
as
fully
reversible
resistance
signal.
Additionally,
sum
frequency
vibration
spectroscopy
DFT
calculations
that
sensitivity
attributed
to
physical
adsorption

vacancies
surface
Cs2AgBiCl6,
well
efficient
charge
transfer.
This
work
provides
avenue
high-performance
nontoxic,
band
gap,
double
perovskite
semiconductors
temperature.

Wearable
devices
have
potential
applications
in
health
monitoring
and
personalized
healthcare
due
to
their
portability,
conformability,
excellent
mechanical
flexibility.
However,
performance
is
often
limited
by
instability
acidic
or
basic
environments.

this
study,

flexible
sensor
with
stability
based
on
GaN
nanoplate
was
developed
through
simple
controllable
fabrication
process,

linearity
remained

99%

atmosphere.
