Natural enzyme cascades, including the same and different kinds of enzymes, have been widely used in biosensing. However, it is still a challenge for nanozymes, mimics natural to achieve biosensing with types enzyme-like activities based on cascade reactions, such as hydrolase oxidoreductase. Considering characteristics multienzyme-like activity some proof concept, this study demonstrates Cu/Ce-MOF-808 nanozyme self-cascade catalyst hydrolase-like catechol oxidase-like activities. Taking organophosphorus pesticides an example, we constructed catalytic reaction one-step colorimetric detection isocarbophos. Specifically, can hydrolyze isocarbophos produce colorless isopropyl salicylate, which further oxidized by complexed 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) red quinoneimine under neutral conditions illumination. Thus, strategy sensitive analysis developed, linear range 0.90-400.00 μg·mL-1 limit 0.42 μg·mL-1. This research presents new approach design synthesis nanozymes has great application potential field
