Cholestatic liver injury (CLI) is a pathological condition characterized by impaired bile flow and elevated levels of oxidative stress. Its clinical manifestations are often asymptomatic in the early stage, while prolonged CLI may progress to failure without timely intervention. However, current diagnostic therapeutic approaches for limited both effectiveness availability, highlighting critical need reliable modalities innovative agents. Given that alkaline phosphatase (ALP) sulfur dioxide (SO2) serve as pivotal indicators pathogenesis, here we constructed dual-responsive fluorescent sensor N-P detecting ALP SO2 with dual-channel signals. This has excellent water solubility, low limit detection (LOD = 0.5458 U/L 0.1604 μM SO2), large Stokes shift (∼170 nm). Moreover, enables real-time visualization endogenous living cells zebrafish. Significantly, serves robust platform visual screening potential drugs ALP/SO2 activators/inhibitors, well diagnosis CLI. work presents versatile sequential SO2, thereby contributing advancement pharmaceutical development
