In the present paper, a study and design is presented of High Sensitivity Terahertz Metamaterial Biosensor for detection multiple viruses using photosensitive semiconductor GaAs. The biosensor comprises layered structure: GaAs layer at top, gold (Au) conductor in middle, polyimide substrate base. Numerical experimentation CST Microwave Studio validates biosensor's efficacy against several dangerous including Early Cancer, Malaria, Dengue, HIV, among others. It exhibits an average sensitivity 1.673 THz/RIU, quality factor 510, high Figure Merit (FOM) 418.3 RIU-1. Notably, demonstrates polarization insensitivity, accommodating both Transverse Electric (TE) Magnetic (TM) states. Moreover, its performance tunable by varying conductivity via photo-excitation-induced free carriers This versatile holds significant promise terahertz technology, particularly within medical field, sensitive viruses. Its unique make it valuable tool early disease monitoring. Moving forward, further research development could enhance applicability refine characteristics, paving way advancements rapid accurate diagnosis various infectious diseases.
