We aimed to study the effects of mycorrhizal and extraradical hyphae on soil physical chemical properties enzyme activity characteristics in a subtropical plantation explore its indicative effect effectiveness nutrients. In this study, three native afforestation tree species, Cunninghamia lanceolata, Schima superba, Liquidambar formosana, with different biological characteristics, root functional traits, nutrient acquisition strategies regions were selected as research objects. Based method in-growth cores, nylon mesh pore sizes was used limited system hypha into column. The five kinds hydrolase related carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) cycles determined study. correlation roots, mycelia physicochemical properties, activity, stoichiometric ratios analyzed. results revealed that treatment significantly affected total (TC) pH but had no significant ratio. Tree species β-1,4-N-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG), β-1,4-glucosidase (βG), cellobiohydrolase (CB) activities ratios. ratio Chinese fir forest higher values than monoculture broad-leaved stands both superba formosana. There interaction treatments all activities, addition, mainly by pH. In(BG + CB):In(AP) In(NAG LAP):In(AP) lower global scale, while In(βG CB):In(NAG LAP) average, indicating microorganisms area C P. Moreover, metrology change. conclusion, differences litter quality traits through shaping environment organic matter input, influence main regulating factor.
