In
this
paper
we
present
the
structure
and
operation
of
an
electric
heating
system,
using
energy
supplied
by
photovoltaic
panels
with
storage
in
batteries,
for
a
hybrid
solar
cooker
(600
Wp).
This
innovative

to
domestic
cooking

reduce
dependence
on
fossil
fuels.

uses

Wp
panel
24
V/180Ah
batteries
heat
resistance,
via
boost-type
DC/DC
converter
(power
block)

Abstract
Many
developing
countries,
particularly
in
Africa
and
Asia,

widely
use
traditional
cooking
methods
that
rely
on
solid
fuels
such
as
wood
charcoal.
These
inefficient
polluting
practices
have
severe
health
impacts
due
to
household
air
pollution,

contribute
