Engineered substances that demonstrate superior properties compared with conventional materials are called advanced materials. Thermal energy storage systems based on phase change (PCMs) offer an eco-friendly solution to reduce fuel and electricity consumption. PCMs compounds can store thermal in the form of latent heat during transitions. Green synthesis core/shell composite is environmentally friendly method for producing these materials, focusing reducing consumption, minimizing use harmful chemicals, utilizing biodegradable or sustainable methods typically involve natural solvent-free techniques, green solvents, biomimetic approaches, energy-efficient processes. This review explores like techniques production, highlighting their role regulation buildings. Special attention given derived from biomass be used as precursors PCM synthesis. Moreover, principles PCMs, accordance physical chemistry guidance, also presented.
