China is confronted with the dual constraints of economic transformation and carbon emission reduction. As digital economy a key force in promoting optimizing industrial structure, it crucial to analyze economy’s impact on reduction from perspective energy consumption value chain implications. We selected data 251 prefecture-level cities above 2011 2019 as research samples, measured development level using entropy method, constructed relevant regression models based two-way fixed effects, intermediary analysis, moderation analysis. The reveals that: (1) has significant contribution efficiency, there are regional heterogeneity city size differences; (2) can improve efficiency by reducing consumption. (3) From perspective, structure rationalization weakens improvement effect certain extent, whereas upgrading obviously enhances economy. findings enrich field environmental governance, contribute more comprehensive understanding mechanisms which affects well provide policy implications for enhancing use chain.

Abstract Inclusive green growth, which considers inclusive growth and is a sustainable development model that aims to pursue the comprehensive harmonious of humans, economy, society, environment. Against backdrop pandemic as well sluggish economic development, global economy endowed with driving mission may affect growth. This research primarily discusses influence digital agglomeration on its transmission mechanism in China. Specifically, slacks‐based measure directional distance functions (SBM‐DDF) was integrated Malmquist–Luenberger index (GML) calculate at city level for 282 cities China during 2004–2019. A measurement system constructed, degree each region further measured through geographic concentration. Based these analyses, this points out exerts positive The analysis indicates influenced by energy consumption, environmental pollution, human capital, industrial structure, technological progress. Moreover, taking “Broadband China” pilot policy starting point, spatial difference‐in‐differences (SDID) used analyze effect. results suggest conducive enhancing local while it inhibits neighboring cities.

To achieve low-carbon sustainable energy development, new technologies such as Internet of Energy (IoE), intelligent systems and Things (IoT) well distributed generations via smart grids (SG) are gaining attention. The interoperability between systems, realised through the web, enables automatic consumption optimisation increases network efficiency management. IoE is an intriguing topic in close connection with IoT, communication SG electrical mobility that contributes to zero-carbon green environments. Furthermore, nowadays, widespread growth utilisation processors for mining digital currency homes small warehouses some other factors be considered terms electric greenhouse gas emission. However, research on use evaluating misallocation effect it can have CO2 emissions often neglected. In this study, authors present a detailed overview regarding evolution conjunction employment essential components decarbonisation.
