prefecture-level
cities

2011
2019
as
research
samples,
measured

level
using
entropy
method,

regression
models

fixed
effects,
intermediary
analysis,
moderation
analysis.

reveals
that:

significant
contribution
efficiency,

regional
heterogeneity

size
differences;

can
improve
efficiency
by
reducing
consumption.
